**About Rally**
Rally is a division of Box Clever, an award-winning Canadian web design company. Rally specializes in websites, apps and communication software for K-12 school districts and schools.
We're a friendly, collaborative, and welcoming team of people that love what we do — building exceptional digital communication products for school districts.
**About The Role**
Based in BC, you will work directly with K-12 school district clients and prospective customers: leading projects, providing ongoing support, demonstrating our products, delivering business proposals, and building fantastic relationships. You’ll gain a deep understanding of our Rally products and collaborate with our exceptional team members to design, develop and implement projects for school districts.
You will manage a portfolio of school district clients across Canada, with a focus on building relationships with new and existing customers in Ontario and Manitoba. You’ll be doing what you love with a team that gives you all the tools and support you need to excel, plus a comprehensive benefits package and RRSP matching.
You will work remotely from a home office, with some overnight travel required to meet in-person with clients and prospective customers and to attend K-12 events and trade shows. Occasional air travel is required, including some travel to the US.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the K-12 sector
- Meet with prospective clients to demonstrate our products and build relationships
- Manage client projects to keep them running smoothly
- Provide training, onboarding services and ongoing support to our clients
- Create business proposals for prospective customers
Desired Skills and Experience
**Essentials**:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar or related position
- Friendly, outgoing and engaging personality
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Tech savvy (you enjoy and are competent using technology)
- Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Residence in Manitoba or Ontario in close proximity to a major airport
- Designated, distraction-free workspace for your home office
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid Canadian passport
