We are looking for a Parts, Accessories and Apparel Analyst who will resolve complex issues related to shipping, orders and delivery for our dealer network and internal teams.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Asses and process all forms of critical requests

Act in the best interest of the dealer and take the necessary steps to efficiently and effectively fix mistakes related to:

- Shipping
- Orders
- Delivery

Conduct the appropriate research and allocate credits related to incomplete shipments, returns and transport fees.

Works jointly and in collaboration with the purchasing, transportation and logistics teams.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Basic degree or any relevant qualification

Experience in customer service with knowledge of order to delivery processes

Possess excellent knowledge of the particularities of the warehouses, our carriers and our suppliers.

Bilingual English/French since the employee will have to communicate with professionals internationally. Any other language would be considered a strong asset

Passion for serving our customers and our dealers

Excellent communicator that can adapt easily to different circumstances

Understanding of basic operation of a supply chain system

Demonstrates ingenuity for providing solutions with the ability to make decisions requiring creativity and initiative

SAP System knowledge and dealer management system will be considered an asset
