We are looking for a Parts & Accessories Coordinator who will report to the Parts, Accessories & Apparel Business Manager - North America, and who'll be tasked with assisting in the collaboration between sales leaders, market planning, product development, marketing stakeholders and operational teams. As part of your role, you'll be ensuring availability and creating demand for Parts and Accessories through wholesale/commercial programs and retail strategies. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring the delivery of Parts and Accessories sales and direct margin targets in North America.
**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Play a key role in developing and deploying Parts and Accessories commercial strategies to achieve goals and objectives across all brands while managing program costs and margins.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key category focus for the dealers and sales team & create demand
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of competitors’ sales programs & promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
Create & deploy program booking tools for the sales team to have business discussions with the dealers
Keep a finger on the pulse of the Parts and Accessories business (wholesale, dealer inventory and retail trends) and propose Go-To-Market strategies that are leveraged at all levels of our sales organization
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, marketing or related field
Strong analytical and communication skills coupled with an ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
**Initiative**: Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas.
**Interpersonal skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments.
**ASSETS**:
Powersports dealership or sales experience in functions related to parts, accessories and/or apparel
Experience riding powersports products
