**Description du poste**

Le rôle Service à la clientèle prend en charge plusieurs rôles et fonctions. Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et organisée qui peut effectuer plusieurs tâches tout au long de la journée tout en interagissant avec et en desservant plusieurs parties prenantes internes et externes.

**Devoirs et responsabilités**
- Fournir un soutien à la gestion, au service et aux recouvrements, au besoin
- Résolution de problèmes et capacité d'aider les clients dans le besoin.
- Capacité de travailler sur plusieurs systèmes informatiques pour sourcer des informations et fournir des mises à jour détaillées des événements et des instructions.
- Effectuer une multitude de tâches administratives pour plusieurs départements
- Créer et modifier des documents à l'aide de Microsoft et d'autres produits
- Effectuer le classement, la numérisation et d'autres tâches administratives au besoin
- Fournir une sauvegarde de réception au besoin. Utiliser un système téléphonique multiligne pour répondre et transférer tous les appels entrants aux personnes ou au service appropriés d'une manière courtoise et professionnelle et prendre des messages détaillés. Maintenir une zone de réception propre lors de la couverture

**Études et expérience**:

- **Doit parler couramment l'anglais et le français**:

- Diplôme universitaire préféré
- Deux (2) à cinq (5) ans d'expérience en administration et/ou en service ou une combinaison d'études et d'expérience liée à l'industrie; segment de l'automobile à risque préféré
- Avoir une compréhension du cycle de vie de la finance automobile un atout.
- Compréhension de la Loi sur les sûretés mobilières en matière de biens meubles un bien
- Maîtrise des logiciels de montage de prêts, des logiciels de maintenance des clients, des logiciels de recouvrement et de Microsoft Office. Excel est largement utilisé pour les rapports.
- Expérience utilisateur avancée avec Excel, Word, PPT et Outlook

**Compétences**
- Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais (écrit et verbal).
- Maîtrise de l'environnement Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT) et Windows.
- Excellente attention aux détails et à la ponctualité
- Capable de multitâche dans un environnement au rythme rapide
- Solides compétences en saisie de données / clavier, et efficace avec les ordinateurs
- Familiarisé avec l'équipement de bureau courant, c'est-à-dire les systèmes téléphoniques, le photocopieur, la télécopie.
- Auto-motivé avec la capacité de prendre des initiatives et de résoudre les problèmes de manière indépendante.

**Conditions de travail**
- Dextérité manuelle requise pour utiliser un ordinateur de bureau et des périphériques.
- Heures supplémentaires au besoin.
- Quarts de travail prévus pour les jours, les soirs et les samedis tournants.
- Soulever ou déplacer jusqu'à 10lbs peut être nécessaire.
- Exposition au bruit, au stress et aux perturbations
- Marcher pour accomplir les tâches essentielles du travail
- Doit être capable de s'asseoir à un bureau pendant de longues périodes de temps
- Utilisez le téléphone et les casques pendant de longues périodes de temps
