Location**:North Etobicoke**

Hours**:6-8 hours per week**

Days**:Fridays - Day shift**

Pay: 18-20$/hour

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage patient appointment check in and check out.
- Office administration duties - filing patient forms, patient reminder calls and booking appointments for patients.
- Supervise and test urine drug screens.
- Once trained to perform and assess vitals as required.
- Previous experience with Electronic Medical Records is an asset - OSCAR.
- Previous experience in a medical setting is an asset - verification of health card, scheduling, data and document management.
- Communicate with lead physician
- Connecting patients with physicians over virtual networks as needed from time to time.
- Maintaining a healthy and hygienic work/patient environment.
- Having a patient centered approach to providing care.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is required.
- A certificate in Medical Office Administration or Health Services is an asset.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or with vulnerable populations with addiction and mental health is considered an asset.
- Ability to provide a Criminal Reference Check if required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6-8 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
