Gus* Design Group Inc. is seeking a full time Customer Service Support Representative for their Mississauga office. The Customer Service Support Representative works closely with the sales, customer service, accounting, design and marketing teams at Gus* Design Group helping out with a variety of tasks and projects that ultimately help to support the company’s sales goals.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Process all incoming orders and issues order confirmations to customers within 24hrs of receipt.
- Coordinate order shipping with customers.
- Partner with AR to ensure orders are invoiced quickly and without issue.
- Monitor back order status and communicate changes to the customer.
- Enter new customers into CRM and maintain accurate customer files.
- Work with the swatch department to coordinate the mailing of all swatch requests and sales support materials.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2+ years related customer service experience.
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Shows enthusiasm and grace when assisting customers.
- Exposure to or recent experience with the furniture industry is a strong plus but not required.
- Experience with ERP software (Netsuite) is desired.

**Salary**: From $42,000.00 per year
