Performance Plu$ Financial has an opening for an Employee Benefits Administrator. The incumbent provides administrative support to clients by gathering, documenting, and analyzing employee benefits contract information, negotiating terms, providing information, and administering processes to support clients and their employee benefit plans.

To be successful you are a self-starter who enjoys math and has keen attention to detail and the following:

- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
- Undergraduate degree in business administration from a recognized educational institution, or the equivalent in related education and experience is considered an asset
- Intermediate level of knowledge of employee benefits industry gained through 2 years of experience with progressive responsibilities in benefits administration
- 1 year of administrative experience in a similar company is considered an asset
- 2 years experience using financial analysis skills with Excel
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Intermediate level of proficiency in mathematics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
