Vaughan, Canada DECO Homes Building Inc. Full time

**DECO Homes**, the TACC Group of companies’ newest Home Builder, is looking for an Office Receptionist/Accounting Administrator to assist our office team.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Managing the front reception desk, answering/transferring calls and retrieving messages.
- Greeting visitors and clients.
- Managing incoming mail and receiving of deliveries.
- Tracking, placing orders and stocking and organizing of office supply.
- Assistance with data entry/double-checking in our office server and updating purchaser master list for all projects.
- Preparation & organizing lot files prior to new project launches, labelling and printing of legal documents for folders for both Sales & Décor.
- Following up and confirming important notices sent to purchasers as requested.
- Managing the schedule for boardroom meetings, printing materials and tidiness when meetings conclude.
- Assisting all departments with any specific projects that may require administrative assistance.
- Notifying Office Manager of office equipment which requires service/repairs and help arrange necessary maintenance when required.
- Assistance in the preparation of office events when necessary.
- Working with the Accounting department in the receipt, processing and filing of all invoices.
- Attend all office staff meetings as required.
- Any other administrative duties delegated from head office.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years work experience.
- Capability of managing large tasks and multiple tasks at one time (requires flexibility to work weekends as required).
- Excellent project administration skills.
