**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE**

Mammoet is looking for task-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Fort McMurray region. We are providing work in a fast-paced environment as a part of an administration team that is crucial to the organization’s success and growth. The individual will be working at our Fort McMurray Branch once training is completed.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Conduct all business in a professional, respectful manner
- Proactively maintaining knowledge of processes for payroll, timesheets, LEMS, reports, invoicing, and all documentation for the office/ site
- Facilitate training for all incoming office/site administration
- Recommend, review, and evaluate documents, LEMS, reports, invoices, payroll submissions
- Assist where necessary with internal and external financial audits
- Work with other areas to ensure proper execution of overdue accounts receivables and/ or aging AR collections
- Assists with processing crane work orders from several different sites/jobs
- Create customer invoices for day-market projects
- Creation of Purchase Orders and Good Receipts in SAP
- Maintain a strong client focus with interactions with both internal and external clients
- Diagnose problems and propose solutions by working closely with operations to ensure work orders are accurate before they are presented to the client
- Tracking performance and keeping systems up to date as needed
- Responsible for providing essential coverage for colleagues to maintain uninterrupted operations and services

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
**Education & Experience**
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma from an accredited institution
- Office Administration Diploma or Certificate
- Minimum 5 years of office experience, previous site or industry experience is an asset
- SAP experience is an asset
- Accounting knowledge
- Be flexible to work on a wide variety of projects, tasks, and assignments, combined with changing prioritizations
