**What you’ll do**
- Plan and develop a backlog of data-driven activation (DDA) campaigns to acquire credit customers, Select members or drive cross banner shopping.
- Dive into the data to identify new and amplify/descope existing opportunities.
- Present the story, findings, and next steps in a succinct and digestible manner to key stakeholders.
- Manage campaign spend where applicable, while maintaining business deliverables.
- Develop innovative approaches to reaching objectives, balancing tested methods with new ideas.
- Manage multiple campaigns on the go from beginning to end, ensuring key milestones and stakeholder communication points are kept on track.

**What you bring**
- Business and/or Marketing degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Balance of creative and analytical mindsets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Firm grasp of modern marketing principles, strategies, and activation levers, including social media, CRM, and performance marketing.
- D emonstrated ability to use a systematic approach in solving problems through analysis of alter na tive solutions.
- “Out of the box” thinker, not afraid to take calculated risks.
- Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task.
- Ability to prioritize realistic action plans and work within a complex environment.
- Strong planning and coordination skills; great attention to detail.
