**Social Media & Creative Marketing Specialist**

**About the role**:
experience supporting a variety of diverse marketing activities
from a creative perspective. You will possess strong graphic design skills, an
ambitious and outgoing personality and a flair for the creative. Your
primary focus will be to assist with the development and execution of both digital and traditional creative
marketing campaigns, as well as the management of multiple social media
channels. Your efforts will help grow both brands, create greater store traffic
and assist in increasing top-line revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**

- Develop creative assets to
- support marketing initiatives, including digital and traditional ad

*
- Ensure all marketing
- materials are supportive of, and consistent with, marketing strategies and
- brand guidelines

*
- Develop and execute social
- media strategies to engage with customers and prospects

*
- Support Public Relations
- initiatives, working with our agency partner

*
- Assist with the management
- of our online reputation

*
- Prioritize and execute
- franchisee and store marketing requests, including out of scope or
- creative. This may include working with agency partners

*
- Support with the
- development of internal communications

*
- Support the Marketing and
- Operations teams in the execution of marketing plans for new stores

*
- Provide guidance and input
- in the creation of new marketing materials

*
- Some travel may be
- required

**Qualifications**

*
- Minimum of 2 years of
- marketing experience, preferably in a franchise or multi unit organization

*
- Successful completion of a
- related university degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Design)

*
- Proven experience using design
- software such as Adobe Creative Suite with a talent for creating
- eye-catching marketing materials aligned with our brand standards

*
- Understanding core graphic
- design best practices

*
- Demonstrated knowledge of various
- social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn,
- to reach a diverse audience

*
- Strong computer skills
- including Microsoft Office; specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel,
- PowerPoint, and Publisher

*
- Strong attention to detail

*
- Team player who is able to
- juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

*
- Proactive self-starter
- with the ability to work independently, together with the ability to set
- priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment

*
- Video production and
- editing a definite asset

*
- marketing platforms and best practices is an asset

*
- Experience working for a
- franchise or multi-unit business is an asset
