**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our digital presence to new heights. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility, engaging our audience, and driving lead generation through various digital channels. If you are passionate about real estate, creative in your approach, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and curate engaging content across all social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Implement SEO strategies to optimize website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct meta-tagging and keyword research to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Filming, editing, and producing high-quality videos showcasing our projects.
- Plan, record, edit, and publish a podcast series highlighting industry trends, interviews with experts, and company updates.
- Create compelling and informative blog posts to engage our audience and establish thought leadership in the real estate industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in video filming, editing, and production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and market dynamics is a plus.
