**Position: Regional Office Manager**
**Location: Canaray Oral Radiology Clinics (Future locations including Ottawa, Sudbury, and more)**
**Type: Salaried, Full-Time**
**Schedule: 5 days per week, including 2 weekend days per month (~20 days per month)**

**Role Overview**:
As the Regional Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple clinic locations, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of patient care. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a dedication to fostering a positive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Schedule Management**:
- Ensure clinics are adequately staffed and schedules are optimized for efficiency.
- Monitor booking slots, manage availability, and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Ensure appropriate staffing, including dentists and support staff.
**Compliance**:
- Ensure all staff, including MRTs and DAs, adhere to safety protocols and wear dosimeters, maintaining accurate records.
**Clinic Operations**:
- Supervise clinical operational support staff to ensure they meet their duties.
- Ensure front desk staff follow patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Assist and coordinate staff to ensure all duties are covered, especially during busy periods and weekends.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinic environment, including kitchens and equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is in working order, handle maintenance schedules, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Support the onboarding and training of new staff to ensure seamless integration.
- Address and resolve any in-office customer service issues.
**Additional Duties**:
- Participate in staff recognition programs, annual reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure all front-line staff adhere to Canaray procedures and policies, maintaining high standards across all clinics.
