Areas of accountability include:
- Lead, with cross-functional input, the RFP process to select optimal PSP partner(s) that will provide a value solution aligned with program objectives and offer an optimal experience and outcomes.- Lead the design, implementation, and oversight (including performance management) of PSP(s) ensuring an optimized customer experience; proactively identify and resolve program issues.- Oversight of PSP and specialty pharmacy vendor relationships. Establishment, oversight and reporting of KPIs ensuring KPIs are met; addressing and resolving any issues if they are encountered.- Train and educate internal and external stakeholders on PSP services and program offerings.- Regular interaction with field staff and vendor partners to proactively identify and resolve potential challenges and/or program issues encountered by HCPs and/or patients.- Collaborative development of data collection and analytical reports to provide real-time market analysis allowing continuous assessment of performance against business objectives while keeping customer and patient needs top of mind.- Collaborative development, with commercial, of service offering brand concept and collateral including but not limited to education, program tools and information.- Cross-functionally ensure all patient services and specialty pharmacy partners are trained and remain compliant with applicable regulations, laws, policies, and procedures; intake and reporting of complaints and adverse reaction reports (ADRs) to the appropriate Ferring Canada team, as per the current reporting procedures.- Possesses a passion for patient outcomes, medicine and science and demonstrate comfort and confidence using and experimenting with technology-based solutions.- Remain vigilant in awareness of market and product conditions to ensure the PSP and associated services are addressing target customer and patient needs, delivering high quality services, and aligning with business objectives.

EDUCATION- Bachelor’s degree required.- Master’s or doctoral degree in a related scientific discipline, such as pharmaceutical sciences, etc. or a doctoral degree in a clinical discipline in Medicine or Pharmacy is an asset.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum 1-3 years PSP experience in a leadership role- Previous experience launching and supporting PSPs.
SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE- In-depth knowledge of the Canadian pharmaceutical market and bio-pharmaceutical industry, including, Market Access and/or Medical Affairs- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer-centric orientation; an ability to effectively work with diverse stakeholders and cross-functionally.- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify trends, inform strategy and effect change.- Knowledge and experience with Canadian payer landscape and reimbursement navigation for private and public plans as well as specialty pharmaceutical networks- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to oversee multiple, concurrent projects, through strong project management abilities (e.g., contracting, budgeting, vendor management)- Outstanding interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities- Proven negotiation skills- Ability to work and communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders, internally and externally.- Travel may be required - up to 20% of the time - including, ability to travel overnight and occasionally on weekends, to meet business needs.
