**The Role**:Admission** **Sales Representative, Full-Time Permanent - North York Campus**

**$50,000-$55,000/year + Opportunity to Earn Bonus and Commissions**

**Position Summary**:
International Beauty Institute is currently looking for an Admission Sales Representative at our North York campus. As the Admissions Sales Representative, you will be supporting our campus enrollment by developing, qualifying leads and leading student tours. Your engaging personality, in-depth course knowledge, and tenacity in understanding a prospective student’s aspirations will drive continuous growth for IBI’s North York campus.

**What You Will Be Doing Every Day**:

- Pro-actively contact and screen all prospective students and identify qualified leads.
- Provide in-depth IBI knowledge to identify the appropriate course for qualified students.
- Update CRM (CampusLogin) student data and record information from new leads and prospects.
- Qualify leads and secure enrollment/conduct daily tours to further engage prospect and secure registration.
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for student enrollment, lead management and other registration based KPIs.

**Your Experience**:

- Have 2+ Years of experience as an SDR/BDR or other KPI-driven roles.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Skilled at building strong rapport both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Highly driven with strong self-discipline, thriving both independently and as a team player.
- Dedicated to driving student success.
- Excels in managing leads and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- High standards of ethics and integrity.

**A few other things we’ll expect from you**:

- Comfort with 100% in office model
- Completion of secondary school
- Experience in the beauty or medical aesthetics space is a strong asset
- OSAP experience is a strong asset
