**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Director of Finance and working in an exciting and collaborative environment, you will:

- Match packing slips to invoices and check against Purchase Orders
- Advise on Purchase Orders that will exceed the posted/approved amount and identify any discrepancies in price/quantity/credits/returns by liaising with procurement, site teams, project managers, and suppliers
- Post invoices
- Prepare and reconcile month-end supplier statements and prepare payments
- Prepare demand payments for all companies on a weekly or as-needed basis
- Receive and answer questions regarding accounts and processes
- Prepare weekly Cheque run and submit cheques for signature
- Distribute signed cheques to addressee, via mail or in-person
- Collaborate with internal departments, ensuring information is entered accurately and fostering open communication between departments
- Perform other duties as required

**Who are we looking for?**

**Education and Experience**:

- A degree or diploma in Business Administration or Accounting, preferred
- Two years experience with Accounts Payable
- Financial experience in a multi-company environment is considered an asset
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office required (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience and proficiency with Jonas Accounting software an asset

**Job Details**:
