Job Title: Home Health Care Worker

Carelink Home Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to join our team. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication management and administration.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients.
  • Assist with transportation and errands.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Immunization records and tuberculosis test.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in home health care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
