Job Title: Home Health Care Worker

Carelink Home Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to join our team. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the care team
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Immunization records and tuberculosis test
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

As a Home Health Care Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, community centers, and other locations. You will be required to travel to different locations and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
