Job Title: Home Health Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Carelink Home Care Inc.

Job Summary:

This is a permanent position that requires a high level of care and attention to detail. The successful candidate will work with clients in their homes, providing assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer
  • Provide companionship and social support
  • Assist clients with pet care and household tasks
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
Work Environment:

This is a non-smoking environment, and the successful candidate will be required to work in various locations, including clients' homes.
