**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
(Other duties may be assigned from time to time)
- Assist Leasing Team with all tasks related to the renting of residential apartments.
- Assist with showing rental properties to potential tenants.
- Attend to potential and current tenant queries.
- Create records of contractual obligations, tenancy agreements, renewals, and other documentation.
- Evaluate rental units and coordinate preparation and repairs.
- Coordinate tenant move schedules.
- Assist with property inspections.
- Administer property management database systems.
- Liaise with prospective tenants, building operators, accounting department, and other key personnel.
- Create online advertisements and photograph rental units.
- Maintaining Social Media Accounts.
- Support Property Management and administrative staff.
- Responsible for new tenant onboarding administration and move in/out processing.
- Liaise with building operators, accounting department, and other key personnel.
- Flexibility to help monitor and maintain accounts, invoicing and other minor accounting tasks.
- Manage master files and other spreadsheets (daily & weekly)
- Draft and post signage, notices, updates, facilitate contests, prizes, and community updates.
- Facilitate Aquilini Centre’s participation in key community events that support the brand

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A post-secondary degree or diploma from a recognized institution in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 - 2 years of experience working in Leasing/Sales, Customer Service, Reception and/or an office environment
- Strong written and verbal communication, with accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Effective conflict resolution/problem solving skills.
- Experience working in digital, specifically in social media and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Committed to ensuring superior engagement and service to residents and potential residents through all digital platforms.

**SALARY RANGE BASED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: $45,000 - $55,000/YEAR**
