- As an Applications Processing Representative, you will provide daily support to internal and external customers with contact in-person or by telephone. Tasks are completed on a rotational schedule. Primary duties include:

- Process payments and refunds; analyze and prepare daily, monthly and annual reports; and support/be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects.
- Investigate, process, and reconcile outstanding fees, returned cheques, and refund requests.
- Process payments from the Planning and Development Call Centre queues while keeping the queue lines to a minimum.

**Qualifications**
- A completed 1 year certificate in Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of experience including customer service with direct public contact.
- Experience with accounting and cash office transactions is required.
- The ability to obtain Commissioner for Oaths designation and Designation of Powers Certification from the Safety Codes Council of Alberta.
- Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is an asset.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and accuracy when handling information.
- You are adaptable when faced with changing priorities and exhibit strong problem solving and decision making skills while being flexible.

**Working Conditions**:Applicants must be able to lift up to 25 pounds (over 10 kgs).

- Compensation: Pay Grade 7 $34.33 - 45.94 per hour (2024 Rates)
- Days of Work: This position typically works a 5 day
work week, with 1 day off in each 3 week cycle.
- Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week.
Non-standard 40 hour work week during
peak season.
