Purpose of Role: The Application Sales Representative will help develop our Knife Gate valve line to ensure we are expanding our presence in the Canadian Oilsands. They will use their technical knowledge to be able to assist customers when problems arise, as well as helping customers select the right product for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with End User and EPC clients to secure new knife gate valve inquiries.
- Project Management: Work with internal stakeholders to execute projects and MRO quotations, with the expectation of managing small to large orders.
- Business Development: Develop sales approaches and techniques that speak to the customer's needs, concerns, and objectives and follow up on quoted business to secure orders
- Technical Support: Help clients/customers to solve problems with product usage and understand their technical requirements.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in industrial inside sales
- SAP experience
