- In this position, you will play an important role in driving process improvements and strategic initiatives within Assessment & Tax (A&T). You will gather and analyze data, develop guidelines and strategies, and provide recommendations to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure effective resource allocation. Primary duties include:

- Develop strategies to create efficiencies in processes while maintaining or improving process outcomes and customer experience.
- Conduct research to identify existing, positive processes and tasks that can be leveraged, and weaknesses that should be improved, aligning with existing and future industry trends and defined strategies.
- Design process models that include and represent business rules, requirements, process flows, data elements, and potential integrations.
- Make recommendations to process and/or product owners, A&T leadership members, and steering committees.
- Perform requirement gathering, research business rules, design workflows, implementation, and continuous improvement follow-through.
- Gather and analyze data as part of root cause analysis and make recommendations for improvements, leading to operational excellence.
- Lead strategic continuous improvement projects to streamline processes, reduce errors, and create efficiencies.
- Translate complex information into definable and specific business requirements, process flows for work processes, systems, and other related business initiatives.
- Drive change management activities to inform, educate and create adoption of strategic business changes.
- Lead cross functional teams to document business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements used for process and procedure design.
- Work with learning team and communications to translate business changes into actionable communication, training, and education activities to support the implementation and adoption of business changes.
- Draft reports and create presentations and deliver them or recommendations for process owners and decision-making groups, which often includes A&T leaders and internal/external partners.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in Business, Management, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in process design and improvement; OR
- A master's degree in Business Administration or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in process design and improvement.
- Formalized training/education related to process improvement (For example: Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies) and/or business analysis is required.
- You have excellent presentation, communication (oral and written), leadership, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well a cross-functionally with other teams and to influence and build effective working relationships with the partners.
