- Perform system configuration of various work and asset management systems, manage changes and upgrades. Resolve operational issues by troubleshooting, researching, and testing.
- Design and configure end to end solutions that improve MDM System, including system functionality and user reporting needs.
- Identify data quality issues and ensure procedures and validations are in place to promote the quality of information stored in the systems.
- Develop and maintain workflow and information models' that describe the business process and related information flow.
- Provide end user support, training and documentation for various work related to MDM.
- Support enhancement projects, communicate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, coordinate test activities, collaborate with team members to develop and implement solutions.
- Liaise with IT to extend client solutions with integrations and customization.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of related experience.
- Advanced technical training in Structured Query Language (SQL) is required.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with meter management software, GIS solutions and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) modelling of operation workflows are considered assets.
- You have a customer service focus, the ability to develop trusted relationships, and the ability to work strategically as well as operationally.

Compensation: Pay Grade 11 $43.35 - 57.96 per hour (2024 Rates)
Days of Work: This position typically works a 5 day
work week, with 1 day off in each 3 week cycle.

Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
