**Max Advanced Brakes** is a retailer and distributor of automotive brake parts with a mission to make stopping power simple for consumers.

We specialize in brake pads, rotors, and related accessories which are manufactured to the highest quality of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. **Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, and proactive planning, with keen attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to increase ongoing and additional revenue streams, challenging existing processes, fostering innovation, and driving necessary change.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and target audience to ensure online strategies are well-aligned with the brand's value proposition.
- Contribute to the development of company sales and marketing initiatives by recommending, implementing, and monitoring market activities.
- Develop sales strategies and tactics that harmonize with company’s strategic plan.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Management Team to identify and lead activities that require additional support, fostering a unified approach to achieving our goals.
- Champion management, understanding and optimization of online marketplace strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative online strategies to improve brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage marketing plans to ensure they accurately interpret and support the business objectives.
- Analyze industry trends to determine the most promising plan of action for the organization.
- Unlock competitive insights through analysis to ensure differentiated Marketing campaigns.
- Translate core insights into actionable marketing briefs that ensure insight driven Marketing.
- Leverage customer purchase journey as an opportunity to turn intentions into action
- Lead end-to-end Marketing Planning from vision, to strategies and initiatives that drive business results via breakthrough thought leadership, activation, and business efficiencies.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional and agency partners to develop integrated creative marketing plans that transcend across multiple media forms.
- Own and manage Marketing spend through budget management and ROI measurement to deliver revenue and earnings targets.

**Skills and Requirements**
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity and innovation
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
- Budget-management skills and proficiency.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and solid work ethic.
