Xplore is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and lead strategy development and implementation of 4P initiatives. Targeting the Enterprise / B2B market, and with a goal of growing our customer base in this lucrative and competitive segment, the role will provide ample opportunity for excitement, autonomy and impact. Reporting to the Vice President - Sales, the successful candidate will oversee product development and management, campaign planning and execution, pricing / offer management, and reporting / analysis. We are looking for a self-starter and proven leader, who thrives in a dynamic environment with regular Sr Leadership exposure, and who is excited to be part of an evolving and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Develop and own a comprehensive 4P strategy (Product, Price, Promotion, Place), while driving customer acquisition in Xplore Business.
  2. Product: Perform analysis to determine new product offerings that align with customer needs and the competition. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product meets needs of business segment.
  3. Pricing: Manage ongoing sales performance and market analysis to build pricing strategy and maintain offer competitiveness.
  4. Promotion: Build acquisition-focused plans, leveraging budget to drive new sales. Partner with agencies on creative development and campaign execution, including digital ads, website, presentation tools, etc. Leverage CRM tool for communications to base.
  5. Place: Partner with Sales to drive growth strategies for account manager team. Find opportunities and support execution of expansion into new channels.
  6. Perform ongoing reporting & analysis to measure program success and pivot as needed.
  7. Build presentations to illustrate sales & marketing performance across various audiences, including senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  1. 7+ years of acquisition marketing experience, ideally in telecom.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  3. Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  5. Strong analytical skills, with comfort working in ambiguity.
  6. Experience garnering buy-in from all levels of a large organization, including senior leadership, by leveraging strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  7. Salesforce and Marketing Cloud experience is preferred.
