The DOQ team is responsible for providing shared capabilities to the different NTS Delivery teams within Bell Canada including the following:

- DevSecOps Enablement leveraging Bell’s shared platforming to enable the 5’Cs of DevOps
- Continuous Exploration
- Continuous Integration
- Continuous Deployment
- Continuous Testing
- Continuous Monitoring
- Tooling offering (Gitlab, Jfrog Artifactory, Ansible, SonarQube )
- Secure SDLC Enablement
- Agile Practice Enablement leveraging the Bell Agile Framework (based on SAFe

**Role Description**:
As a DevOps Agile Coach, you will closely work with DevOps teams and help them make a transition from a traditional way of delivering to an agile approach. Your responsibility is to help teams follow a process that will allow them to develop software more efficiently and effectively.

You will have to coach teams through their iterations, and help the team find ways to improve their work throughout the project. You will also have to keep track of metrics and quality control procedures to be used as tools when making improvements or changes within the teams.

You will also be involved in the creation of training materials for new hires to guide them through onboarding processes such as onboarding videos or webinars.

As a DevOps Agile coach, your responsibilities are a blend of a project manager, scrum master, and mentor. You will be responsible for helping teams move from a linear backlog to the continuous flow of value.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Agile coaching to teams on all aspects of the project management framework, with a strong focus on Scrum practices
- Provide team and Product Ownership/scrum masters coaching around Product centricity and Agile fundamental practices
- Observes the team to understand and remove organizational impediments keeping the team from operating effectively as an Agile team
- Coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile teams and management to enhance release planning, Agile ceremonies, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
- Coach, mentor, teach, refresh agile scrum practices (roles, process, artifacts) as needed among program teams
- Assess individual program needs and implement best agile practices (Iterative + Agile principals, Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
- Agile tool configuration and training for new programs implementing Agile Scrum, Kanban
- Transferring knowledge and helping teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and increasing the outcome, collaboration, and quality practices
- Work closely with Agile Enablement team on priorities, lessons learned and overall agile transformation
- Create training materials relative to specific agile training needs and conduct the training
- Participate in enterprise agile transformation team efforts

**Qualifications/Competencies**:

- Execution lead & Agile coach with at least 3 years of experience with Agile/DevOps transformations and/or in an Agile/DevOps role
- A bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or Deep Knowledge of Software Engineering work, DevOps,TDD, CI/CD, Agile Tools, JIRA
- Relevant Agile/DevOps certification (e.g. PSM, PSPO, CSM) is an asset
- An analytic spirit who sees a product/system as a series of small deliverables who has the ability to transfer this vision through workshops (story mapping, customer journey etc.)
- Strong experience on leading large projects, transformation efforts, process improvements, product implementations, systems development and integration efforts
- Vast toolbox of practices with a solid capacity to juggle them to fit the team’s needs. For example: Lean, Agile, Scrum & Kanban
- An individual who can adapt to uncertainty and change with elegance.
- excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with training and workshop facilitating
