Our fresh food retail operations solutions are deployed collectively in over 20,000 supermarket stores worldwide, actively supporting the in-store execution of fresh operations. We enable our customers to achieve and maintain a leadership position in their fresh food offering by providing data integrity and decision support tools needed to enhance sales, reduce shrink and inventories, and improve overall margins. We help our customers achieve success in the highly competitive grocery market.

THE ROLE:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and technological needs.
- Design and oversee the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable quick and reliable deployment of our software products.
- Collaborate with software development, security, and IT operations teams to create a cohesive and automated operational process.
- Manage and mentor the DevOps team, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and CI/CD methodologies to drive innovation within the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support DevOps tools and services.
- Report on key DevOps metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Other duties as necessary

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a DevOps leadership role, with a strong background in cloud technologies, especially Azure.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools and processes, and experience with automation tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work across departments to drive organizational change.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and security principles.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Certification in Azure or other cloud technologies is highly desirable.
