One (1) Full-time permanent position in MEGA CITY RECYCLING AND AUTO PARTS INC located at 1537 Warden Ave, Scarborough, Ontario, M1R 4Z8
Job title - Administrative assistant
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Determine and establish office procedures and routines
2. Schedule and confirm appointments
3. Manage contracts
4. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
5. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
6. Answer electronic enquiries
7. Compile data, statistics and other information
8. Oversee the preparation of reports
9. Respond to employee questions and complaints
10. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
11. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
12. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
13. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
14. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
15. Perform data entry
16. Provide customer service
Key Requirements:
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
or equivalent experience
Experience as an asset
Language: English
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Repetitive tasks
Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, Excellent oral and written communication, Flexibility, Organized, Accurate, Client focus, Reliability, Time management
Computer and technology knowledge : MS Office, Google Docs
Wage rate - CAD$ 27.5/hour
