Exécuter une variété de tâches essentielles au fonctionnement des opérations de services alimentaires.
Tâches et responsabilités essentielles:

- Mettre la table dans la salle à manger pour chaque service de repas. Vérifier et s’assurer que la vaisselle, les ustensiles, les verres et la vaisselle de porcelaine sont propres.
- Participer à l’assemblage des repas pour le service sur des plateaux selon les billets de repas indiquant des régimes thérapeutiques.
- Préparer le café et le thé tout au long de la journée. Retirer le café et les théières de la salle à manger pour assurer que les résidents/patients n’y ont pas accès, car ils présentent un risque à la sécurité.
- Observer les directives de l’ARMPC pour assurer la manutention/méthodes de préparation sécuritaires des aliments.
- Participer à la préparation de base des aliments et au service traiteur pour les fonctions spéciales comme délégué.
- Réapprovisionner les zones de service.
- Nettoyer le plancher de la salle à manger après chaque service de repas.
- Exécuter les tâches de nettoyage comme demandé ou comme affiché sur la planification du nettoyage pour la journée.
- Adhérer aux directives du SIMDUT et de la fiche technique santé-sécurité pour l’utilisation de produits chimiques, de nettoyants ou d’agents d'assainissement.
- Signaler toute blessure ou situation dangereuse au superviseur des services alimentaires ou au gérant immédiatement.

Qualifications:

- Expérience préalable comme aide-diététique ou poste similaire.
- Connaissances des directives d’hygiène et de sécurité.
- Habiletés dans la préparation des repas.
- Bonne gestion du temps et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et au sein d’une équipe.
- Compétences remarquables en communications et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Aptitudes physiques pour exécuter les tâches liées au poste."
