Mener des audits de conformité, sur les activités d’exploitation et financières, et appuyer d’autres activités liées à la gouvernance. Ce poste exige des déplacements, environ 50 % du temps, en Ontario, mais peut inclure d’autres provinces canadiennes.

Si vous souhaitez vous joindre à notre entreprise en tant que l’un de nos **auditeurs internes**, vous serez appelé à accomplir les tâches suivantes:

- Préparer et mener des audits internes des unités opérationnelles situées en Ontario au sein de tous nos secteurs en chapeautant également les activités de planification, d’exécution d’audit et de présentation du rapport d’audit final.
- S’assurer que les données financières de l’unité sont comptabilisées correctement.
- Formuler une rétroaction aux responsables de l’unité sur place et après l’accomplissement de l’audit.
- Présenter des rapports d’audit de grande qualité accompagnés de recommandations pratiques et concises aux gestionnaires d’unités et à la haute direction tenant compte du contexte dans lequel l’entreprise exerce ses activités.
- Effectuer un suivi sur les problèmes non résolus, donner une formation appropriée et appuyer les exploitants au besoin.
- Tisser des liens solides avec les gérants de district et les directeurs des services alimentaires afin de promouvoir une communication franche et rapide.
- Documenter et conserver les documents et les preuves de travail pour étayer les conclusions et les recommandations de l’audit.

- Diplôme en comptabilité et au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un service d’audit interne ou dynamique et complexe d’une organisation mondiale ou dans une firme comptable faisant partie du Big 4; titulaire de certificat CPA/CIA privilégié.
- Expérience opérationnelle dans une entreprise axée sur le consommateur, préférablement dans un contexte de fabrication, de stocks, de ventes ou de distribution de biens aux consommateurs; l’expérience du secteur d’accueil est un atout
- Connaissances approfondies de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellentes compétences analytiques, d’interprétation et de résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et en communication orale et écrite.
- Esprit curieux et axé sur les détails lorsqu’il s’agit de problèmes systémiques et importants.
- S’adapte aux changements d’horaire et sait redéfinir les priorités des tâches
- Permis de conduire valide.
