Accounting Clerk/office Administration

**Job Summary**
Large-scale flooring company, 40 years in operation, seeking a full-time permanent bookkeeper. Minimum 5 years of previous bookkeeping experience required. Excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual with the desire to succeed.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Duties would include, but are not limited to**:
- Maintain accounts, prepare cheques, payments and deposits
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare all government remittances, HST, EHT, WSIB, etc
- Perform other bookkeeping duties
- All other duties as required
**Qualifications and Skills**
**Skills Required**:
- Must be very knowledgeable in Sage Accounting software
- Excellent knowledge of both Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail when working under deadlines
- Able to take direction and follow policies and procedures
- Possess superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- Teamwork skills
- Able to set and meet deadlines
- Highly organized and detail oriented
**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
