**O’Dell Associates is seeking an individual like YOU for join our Burlington, Ontario division**

If you have not heard of us, we are a well-established heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) company that works across Ontario with engineers, building owners, mechanical and sheet metal contractors in both commercial and industrial settings. We are currently looking to hire a permanent full time Office Administrator - Parts and Logistics individual to join our growing organization.

The Office Administrator - Parts and Logistics role is fully responsible for managing and conducting the day-to-day office and logistics duties. In addition to developing, providing, and maintaining strong professional customer services relationships with our customers and vendors while conducting continuously administration support within a team environment.

In this role, you will be:

- Receiving all goods being delivered to the office or warehouse. As well as scheduling transportation of goods to be delivered to our customer’s shops and construction sites.
- Resolving shipping conflicts by thinking, deciding, calculating, and analyzing solutions that appeal to all parties.
- Fully responsible for providing accurate quotes for all HVAC Parts.
- Managing the ordering process from beginning to end, including generating orders, purchase orders, fulfillments and packing slips using our in-house program (Netsuite)
- Must be able to multitask, be organized, and pay close attention to detail.
- Providing additional administration support for the sales teams and other duties as required.

Do you have these qualifications?
- A College diploma in Office Administration.
- A minimum of three to five years of office administration experience and experience with logistics strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work independently as well as in a team environment across multiple office locations.
- The ability to problem solve and analyze numerical data.
- Display a high level of proficiency and skill in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to lift a max of 50 pounds
- Warehouse experience loading and off loading shipments and operating a forklift and pump cart considered as asset (training will be provided)
- A valid G driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
