Elit Care offers physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy services aimed at

providing superior therapeutic care to our clients. Our focus is on rehabilitation,

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Administration Officer to join our team in

Toronto. The Administration Officer will often be a main point of contact for clients, and

will be essential in helping us to empower clients and provide quality care.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Management of part-time administrative staff, including training on office procedures, and general staff support
- Maintain high standards of customer service in all administrative interactions, both internal and external
- Assist with communications and marketing strategies based on business needs, to promote new services and products, and enhance the business’ digital presence
- Coordinate and oversee resource allocation and office services, including office supplies and space
- Continually develop and update administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Manage the organization and keeping of records including including electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for management and staff, optimizing calendars and ensuring efficient use of time
- Schedule and oversee general maintenance for office areas

All staff at Elit Care are also expected to help maintain an organized and clean office,

including the reception, gym and rooms (treatment rooms, staff kitchen and washrooms)

Details of Employment:
Permanent, full time position, with a general work week of 40 hours/week. Salary starting rate of $27/hour, with potential performance incentives to be negotiated. The work location will be in person, at 412 Front St. E, Toronto, Ontario Canada, M5A 1H7.

Required Education/Skills:
Required:

- 1 year college-level diploma or greater in Business Administration, Communications, Office Management or a related field
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience managing and training other staff
- Familiarity with Office Suite programs, including Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Good technological/computer usage abilities

Preferred:

- Familiarity with Canva, Wave App, Jane App, Telus Portal, Mailer Lite, SunLife Insurance Portal, Greenshield Insurance Portal, Gmail and Google preferred
- Graphic design/marketing experience preferred
