**Responsibilities**:
RISQ’s main mission is to contribute to develop SG Group (the Group) business and returns through the implementation of an efficient risk management process. The VIE will work for a team (RISQ/COO) in charge of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) project, Regulatory projects, and Ad-hoc requests from the Risk Managers.

The VIE will assist with the Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) initiative and his/her mission will be focused around 4 areas:

- Data analysis and identification of trends and data improvements
- Data quality checks to identify data quality issues
- Find opportunities to use Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence and build the proof of concept
- Data reporting through BI Tool such as PowerBI

The GRC initiative aims to harmonize and integrate all risks and controls processes across multiple departments (RISQ, IT Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal, etc.). The GRC tool developed for the initiative is named RSA Archer and currently has 150+ modules used mainly in the America region. Occasionally, the VIE will also support Risk Managers on ad-hoc requests.

Data analysis
- Analyze Archer data to ensure consistency of referential data uses (i.e.: organizational, geography, legal entity) and feasibility of reporting requirements
- Escalate any data issues such as duplication of records, unreportable multi selects, invalid records, etc.
- Review impact analysis on referential or taxonomy changes
- Perform ad hoc checks to guarantee data integrity
- Clean and normalize the data

Data quality
- Gather data quality needs with various risk teams
- Develop automatic checks on data
- Perform regular and automatized checks to ensure that data quality in GRC tool is good. Checks will include completeness of information as well as simple data quality checks (i.e.: events reported within # days)

ML/AI
- Identify opportunity for Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence
- Gather Business Requirements and needs from end users
- Develop Proof of Concept and perform demo to end users

Reporting support
- Develop reports/dashboards in BI tool (Power BI) as per reporting needs provided

Provide demo to end users and release to production environment

**Profile required**:
Studies & experience:

- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University; a specialization in Engineering and/or Computer Science will be a plus
- A previous experience in Business Intelligence Tool such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau would be appreciated

Language skills:

- Fluent in English (B2-C1)

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Python or knowledge of another language (VBA/Java/C#/JavaScript); willingness to learn Python (must have)
- Data analysis skills, database, and SQL (must have)
- Time management & organizational skills to be able to do manage multiple bulk of work simultaneously (must have)
- Experience in reporting and data aggregation (will be a plus)
- Experience in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence (will be a plus)
- Knowledge of risk management and/or GRC tool (will be extremely valued)
- BA skills to translate Business needs in requirements (will be a plus)

**The VIE assignment in a nutshell**
