iA Financial Group is looking for an IT Compliance Analyst to join its Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Performance, Risk and Compliance team.

The Performance, Risk and Compliance Department (PRCD), under the Senior Management, Performance and Governance (SMGP), is primarily responsible for overseeing ICT risk management. It works in close collaboration with all sectors of the Information Technology Vice Presidency (ITVP).

The IT Compliance Analyst is one of the front-line players in IT risk management. A natural communicator and collaborative leader, he/she actively contributes to risk mitigation and the achievement of compliance targets.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**
- Advising ITVP teams on ICT risk management;
- Monitor and report on ICT risk compliance;
- Managing internal and external ICT audits;
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to ICT risks;

**More specifically**
- Integrate ICT risk management into the overall risk management of iA Group;
- Contribute to the maturity of the IT teams in risk management and compliance;
- Conduct risk assessment and analysis to maintain a perpetual ICT risk profile for the organization;
- Communicate and report periodically on the ICT risk profile to stakeholders;
- Monitor the achievement of business ICT risk management objectives to ensure compliance;
- Participate in the evolution of the IT control framework and performance indicators;
- Provide transparent information to key stakeholders on the adequacy of internal control systems with applicable requirements;
- Ensure compliance with all applicable internal, legal and regulatory requirements related to ICT risk management;
- Provide effective approaches and techniques to ITVP areas to facilitate the planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits.

**Required profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other equivalent discipline, with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience;
- Advanced knowledge related to risk management and compliance in information and communication technologies;
- Knowledge of the policies and requirements of Canadian and Quebec regulatory authorities;
- Excellent ability to collaborate with stakeholders from various organizational units and of varying hierarchical levels;
- Positive influence leader with peers;
- Excellent ability to communicate in an effective, synthetic and executive manner;
- Strong tolerance for ambiguity;
- Excellent English and French language skills, both oral and written, due to frequent interaction with English and French speaking colleagues and internal partners across Canada.

**Assets**
- Certification: CGEIT, CISA or CRISC;
- Knowledge of governance and management framework: COBIT;
- Knowledge of the financial services and insurance industry.
