Reporting to the Global Delivery Center, the Director Consulting Expert will be responsible for the growth strategy of the GDC SAP group. A key focus for the leader will be to increase revenue by evolving our AMS delivery model and building internal IT relationships with the different client account leader while being responsible for customer delivery.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Success will be required across the following areas of responsibility:
**Business Development**: Work with the client account leader to qualify opportunities and ultimately act as the SME to drive the delivery model strategy;
Fostering the development of the team’s capabilities and expertise in line with client needs/market evolution;
Monitor market trends and evolve our delivery model;
Evolve and implement the vision of the GDC SAP delivery group

Drive quality of delivery and customer satisfaction;
Recruit new high quality members to CGI through solicitation and professional networking;
Act as a mentor and coach to members;
Leading and managing to achieve targeted revenue and profitability.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

A credible expert in the business operations of Canadian and/or US companies

10+ years of increasing responsibility in a SAP technology consultancy with demonstrated track record of AMS delivery:
Ability to drive proposal, pricing, and contracting for multi-faceted client initiatives.

Manage P&L and be accountable for financial results

**Strong proficiency in French and English**: Bilingualism is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
