Responsibilities:
Your mission will be to put your expertise at the service of the planning teams of the various plants during the implementation of SAP APO Advanced Panner and Optimizer.
- Plan and execute the business solution deployment plan which includes, among others, the following activities: design/blueprint, testing, documentation, transition plan, release and post-implementation support;
- Identify potential risks/issues impacting supply chain processes and implement strategies required to minimize impacts
- Ensure the integration of planning processes within the factory operational team;
- Collaborate with IT development, finance, operations, customer service and sales teams;
- Support user training and ensure adoption prior to launch;
- Ensure the reliability and completeness of data and information during implementation
- Participate in the follow-up and resolution of files and issues related to planning

- Hold a DEC or a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management and/or logistics profile;
- Cumulate minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or in production planning;
- Have participated in an SAP implementation or be a system expert, an asset;
- Have been in project mode, an asset;
- Be action-oriented and demonstrate good flexibility and adaptability;
- Good organizational skills;
- Demonstrates initiative, autonomy, judgment and leadership;
- Promote teamwork;
- Be fluently bilingual (French, English).
