Reporting to the Manager, Advertising and providing support to the Advertising team the Associate Project Manager, Advertising is responsible for project managing many projects at the same time from brief to delivery as well as maintaining the department’s financial and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate promotional projects with Commercial, Trade and Patient Experience Brand Managers
- Establish partnerships and work cross-functionally with internal teams as well as external agencies.
- Coordinate content approval, printing, and proofreading
- Coordinate vendors for specific portfolio projects
- Request POs, manage monthly accrual report, approve invoices
- Provide appropriate guidelines and tools
- Back up support coordination of purchase orders and invoices in SAP
- Provide overall support to the Project Managers, Advertising for billing, creating codes, filing and other job templates
- Manage the samples for distribution as required
- Support various Veeva PromoMats activities such as creating licenses and reports
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by the Manager, Advertising

Education/Experience Required:

- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in advertising, design, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree is an asset
- Relevant experience in the advertising department or project management of a multi-national company or an agency
- Experience in creating, implementing, and deploying marketing campaigns
- Marketing and other commercial experiences with an understanding of financial processes, Project Management skills and knowledge of the Regulatory environment within biotech/pharma industry preferred.

Essential Skills & Abilities:

- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Veeva PromoMats knowledge
- SAP knowledge is an asset
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Project management and budget control skills
- Extremely well organized and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Diplomatic when dealing with many different internal partners
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to take key actions and demonstrate behavioral anchors that support AbbVie’s Cultural descriptors and leadership attributes
- Build relationships with third parties using good negotiation skills
