**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist with experience in the aerospace industry and proficiency in SAP. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing procurement activities and optimizing the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost savings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute procurement strategies for the aerospace industry, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, and assess their capabilities, financial stability, and performance history.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure delivery, quality, and cost targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, quality, and production, to ensure procurement meets their needs and requirements.
- Create and maintain accurate procurement data in SAP, including supplier information, pricing, and contracts.
- Analyze data to identify cost savings opportunities and develop strategies to reduce procurement costs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to ensure best practices in procurement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and other procurement software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiar with lean manufacturing procedures and methods
- Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Access.
- High level of autonomy and solution driven.
- Versatile, capable to manage very different tasks.
- MUST BE bilingual in English and French.
