**Position**: Office Administrator / Production Scheduler
**Location**: Windsor, ON
**Wage**: $22 - $26/hr

- Plan and organize daily work schedules for production and employees, making sure everything stays on track and orders are completed on time.
- Keep an eye on how well things are running, reducing delays, and using efficient processes to keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Set clear goals to cut waste and costs, helping the team meet targets and deliver products on time.
- Take care of office tasks like answering calls, keeping track of supplies, updating records, and organizing team meetings.
- Communicate any schedule changes or downtime with employees, so everyone knows what’s happening.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in production scheduling
- 5+ years of experience in the _manufacturing_ or _automotive_ industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in English & Korean is a plus but not required

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Production scheduling: 2 years (required)
- Manufacturing or Automotive industry: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Korean (preferred)
