We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Sales Account Manager** to help grow our exhibit sales while building lasting client relationships. If you’re passionate about design, marketing, and leveraging new technologies to drive results, we’d love to have you onboard. Your role will focus on supporting clients’ growth through trade show events while respecting our company’s ethos and goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**: Identify new business opportunities through networking, walking trade shows, and qualifying incoming leads.
- **Client Collaboration**: Understand and address client needs effectively.
- **Sales Excellence**: Confidently sell via phone and in-person, ensuring customer satisfaction and closing deals.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong connections as a trusted account manager.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Provide management with regular progress updates through sales reports.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently exceed sales targets set by the company.
- **Industry Events**: Attend trade shows and events to identify new opportunities and connect with potential clients.
- **Continuous Development**: Stay informed on trade show trends through seminars, literature, and industry updates.
- **Personal Branding**: Actively participate in social media and marketing campaigns to promote yourself and the company.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in sales.
- **Trade Show Knowledge**: Strong asset but not mandatory.
- **Language Skills**: Bilingual in French and English.
- **Self-Motivation**: Competitive, autonomous, and a team player.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to multitask and tackle challenges creatively.
- **Mobility**: Valid driver’s license and passport for occasional travel.
