Κάθε resort του Club Med διαθέτει εστιατόρια και μπαρ, τα οποία εξυπηρετούν την Premium All Inclusive προσφορά μας και δίνουν την ευκαιρία στους πελάτες μας να ζήσουν ανεπανάληπτες γαστρονομικές εμπειρίες.

Οι αρμοδιότητες σας θα είναι οι εξής:
Καλωσορίζετε, συμβουλεύετε και εξυπηρετείτε τους πελάτες
Πουλάτε και σερβίρετε κρασιά à la carte ή ανά ποτήρι και αλκοολούχα ποτά κύρους στα μπαρ και τα εστιατόρια του resort
Συμμετέχετε στη διαχείριση των οικονομικών και ποιοτικών αποτελεσμάτων του resort.
Διαχείριση των αποθεμάτων, αναπλήρωση και διατήρηση των κρασιών και των αλκοολούχων ποτών
Εκπαίδευση των ομάδων των μπαρ και των εστιατορίων του resort στις πωλήσεις κρασιού
Διασφάλιση της εφαρμογής και τήρησης των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
Ανάπτυξη πρόσθετων πωλήσεων και συμμετοχή στη βελτιστοποίηση των οικονομικών αποτελεσμάτων του τμήματός σας.
