**Overview**:
Plan and direct all aspects of the division’s learning objectives and initiatives. Administer the education, training, and development programs that foster the organizational expertise needed to maximize employee effectiveness and efficiency out in the market.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Direct, implement and facilitate learning and development strategies and program objectives
- Work with Leadership to establish best practices for the delivery of learning programs
- Collaborate with Leadership Team on career pathing for all employees
- Direct the analysis and implementation of learning plans and strategies for the division to maintain and improve the effectiveness
- Research, identify, implement and maintain new opportunities for supporting training needs and goals Identify ongoing business needs to be addressed and satisfied by meaningful, action-oriented training
- Manage, facilitate and execute training programs that incorporate online and mainly out in the field
- Schedule and facilitate training with as required
- Generate reporting of and ensure 100% compliance on core curriculum
- Conducts follow up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Work with sales consultants and managers, as requested by the leadership team, and provide developmental feedback and coaching to Management & Consultants
- Oversee the scheduling and coordinating of all training classes; develop calendars for initial training program roll-outs and maintenance of programs for employee
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

**Additional Primary Responsibilities**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor s degree plus three years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expert knowledge of sales and sales management techniques
- Three years of industry experience with demonstrated spirit and wine product knowledge

**Physical Demands**:

- Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time may include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or mobile device
- Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56lbs
