**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Develop and implement used car sales strategies**: Responsible for developing and implementing used car sales strategies that align with the dealership's goals and objectives.
**Manage the used car inventory**: Responsible for managing and leading the used car inventory, while assisting Product Advisors in closing any used car sales.
**Achieve revenue targets through sales volume**: Drive revenue growth by increasing used car sales volume and profitability for the dealership.
**Build and maintain customer relationships**:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and support throughout the sales process.
**Forecast used car sales and monitor performance**: Forecast used car sales and monitor performance against targets, using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
**Measurables**:
**Driving Used Car Sales Volume**: Implement effective sales strategies to drive used car sales volume aligned with dealership goals.
**Ensuring Customer Satisfaction**:Ensure customers receive excellent service and support to maximize satisfaction.
**Maximizing Gross Profit**:Maintain price integrity, achieve used car sales volume targets, CSI targets, and finance office assistance to maximize gross profits.
**Developing Your Sales Team**: Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve their used car sales targets.
**Improving Lead Conversion Rates**:Support the sales team in improving lead conversion rates to drive actual used car sales.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of Automotive Sales experience with proven success in used car sales
- Ability to appraise used car vehicles accurately
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
**Commission Payment**:
As an Independent Contractor, you will be paid a combination of a monthly commission payment guarantee of $7000 per month, plus a variable commission payment plan. Provided you hit your targets, our Used Car Managers can make anywhere between $100,000 to $180,000 annually. As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for setting up your own Sole Proprietorship and registering to have a GST number. After which you are responsible for paying your yearly taxes as a Sole Proprietorship (or Corporation, if you so choose). It is generally advisable that you connect with a Tax professional to receive advice on how to handle this from the beginning of your contract with Applewood.
