**Responsibilities**
Your day-to-day duties will be to work under the guidance of our culinary professionals. Together, you will oversee the culinary operations and standards in the BLK Swan Kitchen Hub. This is the ideal chance to develop and progress alongside our culinary experts. Our objective is to provide mentoring to the suitable individual who will become an exceptional Kitchen Supervisor and can grow with the company.
Initial Duties Involve:
- Managing and training the culinary team with the help of other Kitchen Supervisors, ensuring consistent quality of our food and exceptional service.
- Direct food service operations and manage quality assurance.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and equipment functionality, perform opening and closing procedures, help train new staff, oversee prep.
- Learn about food inventory and cost management, maximize culinary team productivity and consistency.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
