Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
PT/FT positions available. Must be able to work a variety of different shifts. Days/nights/weekends.

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business needs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle cash handling procedures, including cash register reconciliation and deposits
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Implement strategies to increase sales and revenue

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Knowledge of the food industry, hospitality, hotel, bartending, or related fields
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and working with POS systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
