Firehouse Subs is not your ordinary sub shop. We were founded by real firefighters.

We are looking for hard-working, fun-loving people with a genuine drive for success with guests expectations are exceeded during their visit.

This position will be in 2 London location Must hold a valid licence and car.

You would be a "hands on working Assistant Manager" 70% of the time working the line making food/ serving guests 30% of the time Manager other dutie

in your role you will assist the General Manager w
- Inventory Management
- To maintain daily prep routines (including par levels)
- To put away and organize Food and Beverage orders
- To work various shifts open shifts, including 1 or 2 closing shifts and as needed
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant
- Responsible to assist with controllable costs: Food and Labour
- Ensure operational and occupational health and safety standards are followed.
- To maintain cleaning routines
- Other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills
- 2 year restaurant general management experience, although 3 to 5 years supervisor role in a QSR type of environment would be an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Strong analytical/decision-making skills.
- Leadership skills - able to direct, coach, and supervise a team
- Customer service skills - able to exceed guest expectations.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have a strong initiative.
- You must be able to _perform efficiently during high volume peak periods._
- Must be able to work flexible hours during, evening, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada. ( Sponsorship programs are not possible)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
