As the **Marketing Manager,** you will lead our marketing efforts and support the growth and visibility of Archmill House. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across various channels.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Marketing Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the company's objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market share growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer preferences, using insights to refine marketing strategies.

**Campaign Management and Execution**:

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns and achieve marketing goals.

**Brand Management**:

- Manage and maintain the Archmill House brand image, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and adherence to brand standards in all communications.

**Content Creation and Distribution**:

- Develop compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, infographics, and videos, to attract and retain target audiences.
- Implement content distribution strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement on various platforms.

**Digital Marketing and Online Presence**:

- Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates to enhance customer engagement and lead generation.

**Team Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Create and lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.

**Budget Management and Reporting**:

- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources based on priorities and expected ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and analytics on marketing performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.

**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a similar industry, demonstrating a successful track record of marketing strategy development and implementation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, analytics tools, and project management software.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
