**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer needs and requirements
- Engage potential customers through compelling sales calls highlighting our cutting-edge services
- Research, develop, and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure; schedule appointments for the Account Managers
- Ensure outstanding customer service is provided by building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding market reach
- Support the sales team during high-volume periods and assist with general administrative tasks
- On occasion my be responsible for qualifying and closing small accounts, some of which may require outside selling.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Create and manage profiles of prospects in CRM program: ensure all client leads are entered, followed up, and analyzed to ensure all lead flows, triggers, lists, and relationships are being managed and maintained
- Track and manage all metrics related to prospect calls
- Monitor, evaluate, and make recommendations with respect to lost sales opportunities to continually improve upon sales results
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to identify opportunities for growth

**Qualifications**:

- Proven inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or similar industry
- Positive and energetic with a drive to succeed
- Ability to be personable but also persuasive over the phone and in person
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google docs, familiarity with CRM platforms and LinkedIn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Post secondary degree or diploma in business administration or marketing preferred
